4. Connecting your advertising accounts (Facebook / Meta and Google Ads)

If your workspace administrator chooses to, PrintIOS can connect, read-only, to your Facebook / Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts ("Continue with Facebook" or "Continue with Google" button, Expenses page) in order to record your advertising spend automatically in your internal accounting.

• Data we access: the ID, name and currency of each ad account you authorize; the daily amount spent on that account; the name (Facebook) or e-mail address (Google) of the account that granted access, displayed next to the linked account.
• Permissions requested: Facebook / Meta "ads_read" and "business_management"; Google "https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords", "openid" and "email". We only use this access to read: we never create, modify or delete any campaign, ad or audience.
• Use: only to create, in your workspace, one "ADS Facebook" or "ADS Google" expense per day and per account (amount, date, account) and display the monthly total. No other purpose.
• We do not sell this data, do not share it with any third party, do not use it for advertising, profiling or targeting, and do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
• Security: access tokens provided by Meta and Google are encrypted in your workspace database and are never displayed or sent to the browser. Only your workspace administrator can connect or disconnect an account.
• Retention: tokens are kept while the account remains connected and deleted as soon as it is disconnected; imported expenses are part of your accounting data (kept as per section 8, deletable when disconnecting).

5. Google data: Limited Use

PrintIOS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Ads data is only read at the request of the administrator who connected the account, solely for the feature described in section 4, and is not viewed by anyone on our team except with your explicit consent for support, for security reasons, or to comply with the law.

6. Deleting your data and revoking access

You can remove access to your advertising accounts and request deletion of the related data at any time:

• From PrintIOS: Expenses page → "Facebook advertising" or "Google Ads" card → trash icon next to the account → "Disconnect". The access token is deleted immediately; you can also choose to delete the expenses already imported.
• From Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Security and login → Business Integrations → PrintIOS → Remove.
• From Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → PrintIOS → Delete all connections.
• On request: contact us at +212 661-327865 (phone or WhatsApp) or [email protected] stating your workspace; we delete the tokens and, if you wish, the imported data within 30 days and confirm it to you.
• When you revoke access from Facebook or Google, PrintIOS can no longer read any data; the account then shows as "to reconnect" and we delete its token.
