Grouped imposition and outsourcing
One sheet for items from several orders, or a direct hand-off to your print supplier.
Items of the same print type are grouped on one sheet: the print run is computed from the quantities, and a large item can be split across several sheets. Once the sheet is full, your team takes it over, uploads the imposition file and sends it to a machine or to an external print supplier.
- Automatic print run (greatest common divisor of the quantities), items split across several impositions when needed
- Critical options (lamination, paper…): only compatible items are grouped together
- Automatic or manual closing, a « To process » queue with claiming and assignment
- ZIP of the design files, named your way (cv 1.pdf, cv 2.pdf…)
- Send to a machine or to a print supplier, who receives the file in their own portal
- Public share link for the imposition file, with open and download tracking
- Imposition finished automatically when the supplier prints it or when the order ships
- External resellers follow the impositions that contain their items, without seeing other orders
